Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How Do I Apply?
The process is fairly simple... just add everything you want to finance to your Shopping Cart and then click the "Finance for as low as..." link at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. From there, you will be taken to an application form. You can also click here to start the application process.

  2. What Product(s) Can I Finance?
You can finance anything you want. The only requirement is that everything adds up to at least $1000.

  3. Do I Own the Products at the End of the Lease?
Yes, you do. Unlike leasing a car where the dealership owns the vehicle at the end of the lease, an equipment lease typically has a $1 buyout at the end of the term, after which you own the products.

  4. How Fast Do I Get an Approval?
This mostly depends on the age of your business. Typically, if your business has at least a couple years of history, your approval is instant. Otherwise, it typically takes up to 24 hours to get a response from the bank.

  5. How Do I Check the Status of My Application?
If you used our standard leasing process, PEAC Solutions (formerly Marlin Capital) is the bank handling your lease. Please click here and you will find contact information on the left side of the page for the person assigned to your application.

  6. Do I Need a Business License?
Yes, you must have a business license and the business must have existed for at least one year.

  7. Can I Have a Co-Signer?
Yes, you can. Many customers can get better terms on their leases by using a co-signer with a better credit score. If you know before applying that you want to involve a co-signer, please contact PEAK Solutions (contact info on the left).

  8. What Can I Do if I am Not Approved for the Lease?
You can apply for a lease with a secondary lender that is used to working with higher-risk customers. Please click here to start that process.
