Steps to a Super-Fast Rekey:

1. Pre-cut your keys. Make yourself some pre-cut KW1 and SC1 keys. Make sets of 2, 4, and maybe one set of 10.
2. Buy or make a portable pinning kit that you can carry with you in your toolbag.
3. Add a couple screwdrivers (including a small phillips and an ultra-small flathead), a Kwikset Cylinder Removal Tool, a plug follower or two, a grooved tweezers, and this portable pinning mat to your portable toolkit. A compact drill is also a nice addition. That's really all you need.

With a little preparation, you really can do most rekeys in 10 minutes, in and out. No more going back and forth to the van, up and down stairs. REKEY LOCKS AT THE DOOR!
