The process for your first order:

1. Place an order here for your pens. If you are needing a logo on your pens, type "LOGO" into the "COMPANY NAME" field above. If this is your first time ordering with your logo, please email your logo files to [email protected] and tell us your order number in the subject line. Make sure we have your DIRECT phone number so it's easy for us to get in touch with questions if needed.
2. We set up your project and engrave one pen, then send you a photo of your sample for review.
3. After receiving your approval, your pens are created and shipped usually within a few days (may require more time on larger orders).

2. Your pens are created and shipped in 1-3 business days (may require more time on larger orders).

Note:

1. If engraved pens are ordered alongside other products, they may be shipped together or as separate orders at your discretion. Please specify shipping preference in order notes. And again, please make sure we have your DIRECT PHONE NUMBER.
2. Price includes pens and engraving service.

Please note: Once an item is engraved, it is no longer returnable due to the personalization.
