Functionality of the emulator requires an active Tango annual subscription

- Clones existing Toyota/Lexus 128-bit smart keys with Page 1 AA
- Allows used (reset) or unauthorized Toyota/Lexus 128-bit smart keys with Page 1 AA to be added to a vehicle through the SLK-07 Utility function
